Our Return & Refund Policy

Because Kobo Brand sells digital design files that are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally final. However, your satisfaction matters and we offer refunds within 30 days of purchase in the cases described below.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

• The files are corrupted or will not open in standard software
• The product is materially not as described on the product page
• You were charged more than once for the same order
• You have not yet downloaded the files

When We Cannot Offer a Refund

• You changed your mind after downloading the files
• Your software or machine is incompatible despite the listed formats (contact us first — we are happy to help troubleshoot)
• You purchased the wrong design by mistake but have already downloaded it

How to Request a Refund

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue
2. Include a screenshot if the file is corrupted or not as described
3. We will respond within 1–2 business days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

File Problems & Help

If a file will not open or cut correctly, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] and we will send a corrected file or a full refund at no cost to you.
