How do I receive my files?
All design files are delivered digitally. Immediately after checkout you will receive an email with a secure download link — most orders are available within seconds, no shipping required.
What file formats are included?
Each design downloads as a ZIP containing SVG, DXF, EPS, and high-resolution 300 DPI transparent PNG files, compatible with Cricut, Silhouette, Glowforge, and most print-on-demand workflows.
Can I get a refund on a digital file?
Because files are delivered instantly, we issue refunds within 30 days for files that are corrupted, not as described, or never downloaded. Email [email protected] and we will make it right.
Can I use these designs for my small business?
Yes. Every purchase includes a commercial license to use the design on finished physical products you sell. You may not resell or redistribute the design files themselves.
