After your payment is successfully confirmed, download access is normally provided on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address entered at checkout. Delivery may occasionally be delayed by payment review, email filtering, security checks, or technical issues.
No. All products sold by Kobobrand are digital downloads unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Shirts, mugs, tumblers, signs, and other physical items shown in product previews are examples only and are not included.
The exact formats included are listed on each product page. Depending on the product, a download may contain SVG, PNG, EPS, DXF, JPEG, AI, PDF, font, ZIP, or other stated formats. A purchase does not automatically include every format offered elsewhere on the website.
Many products are packaged inside a ZIP folder to keep the included files together. You must extract or unzip the folder before opening the individual files. ZIP extraction software is not included with the purchase.
The software required depends on the formats included with the product. SVG files are commonly used with compatible cutting and vector-editing software, while PNG and JPEG files are commonly used for printing and raster-based projects. Compatibility may vary by software edition, subscription level, device, operating system, and version.
After unzipping your download, use the format that matches your tool. For cutting: SVG is the most common format for cutting software such as Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio. Some older or Basic-tier cutting software editions do not import SVG directly — if your software only accepts DXF, use the DXF file when one is included with your purchase, if not check with your machine's documentation. For a Print-and-Cut style workflow or printing at home, use the PNG file, sized appropriately for your project.
Font files must be installed on your computer's operating system (Windows or Mac) before they will appear inside your design software. Do not try to import an OTF or TTF file directly into Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio the way you would an SVG — install it system-wide first, then it will become available as a font option inside that software.
Please download and securely back up your files after purchase. If your original download access is no longer available, contact us with your order code and checkout email. After verifying the purchase, we may reissue access to the original purchaser when the product remains available in our records. Permanent or lifetime hosting of every file is not guaranteed.
Email [email protected] with your order code, checkout email, product name, and a description of the issue. Include a screenshot or error message when available. We normally respond within one to two business days and may provide a new link, corrected file, or replacement file.
Because digital products can be accessed and copied after delivery, purchases are generally final once download access has been issued. We may provide a replacement or refund for eligible issues such as a corrupted file, wrong product, missing listed format, download access that cannot be successfully reissued, or a confirmed duplicate payment.

Orders cannot generally be canceled, exchanged, or changed after download access has been issued. We may assist with correcting the delivery email address, reissuing access, correcting an incorrectly delivered product, or upgrading an eligible license after payment of the applicable difference.

Unless the applicable product page states a different limit, a Commercial License permits up to 500 finished physical products using the purchased design. Use beyond that limit requires an appropriate license upgrade or written authorization.
Yes, only when you purchase the Print-on-Demand License for that design. The design may be uploaded to a production or fulfillment provider solely to manufacture finished physical products sold through your own storefront or sales account.
