All files are delivered digitally. The moment your payment clears you will receive an email with a secure download link, and your order also appears on our Track Order page. Most downloads are ready within seconds — nothing is physically shipped.
Every design downloads as a ZIP that includes a layered SVG (for Cricut, Silhouette, and most cutting machines), a DXF (for Glowforge and laser cutters), an EPS (for Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW), and a high-resolution 300 DPI transparent PNG (ideal for sublimation and print-on-demand).
Our files work with Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Inkscape, Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, CorelDRAW, Procreate, and Glowforge. If you are unsure about your setup, email us before purchasing and we will confirm compatibility.
Yes. Every purchase includes a commercial license that lets you use the design on finished physical products you sell — shirts, mugs, signs, decals, and more. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the design files themselves.
Our standard commercial license has no per-item sales cap for handmade and print-on-demand physical products. For mass production or licensing questions, contact [email protected] and we will help.
Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. However, within 30 days we will issue a refund if a file is corrupted, not as described, charged twice, or never downloaded. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Absolutely. Email [email protected] within 7 days with your order number and a screenshot, and we will send a corrected file or a full refund at no cost to you. Most issues are quick fixes.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, all processed securely through PayPal with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details.

Download links remain active for 30 days and you can re-download your files up to 5 times. We recommend saving a backup copy to your computer or cloud storage right after purchase.
Our digital files are available to download instantly anywhere in the world. For occasional physical print-and-ship items, we currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
Digital downloads are always free to deliver, including to Alaska and Hawaii. For any physical print-and-ship orders, standard carrier rates apply to AK/HI and the free shipping threshold does not apply; delivery may take 7–14 business days.
After downloading, unzip the folder and save the files to a dedicated project folder on your computer plus a cloud backup such as Google Drive or Dropbox. Keep the original ZIP so you always have an untouched copy of every format.

If you have not downloaded the file yet, contact us right away at [email protected] and we will refund or swap it. Once a file has been downloaded we generally cannot refund a change-of-mind purchase, so please double-check before downloading.
