Instant Digital Delivery
Kobo Brand products are digital design files — there is nothing to physically ship and no shipping charges for digital orders. Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. Most files are available to download within seconds. Download links remain active for 30 days; you can re-download up to 5 times.
Didn’t Receive Your Files?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If your download link has not arrived within 30 minutes, email [email protected] with your order number and we will resend it right away.
Physical Item Shipping (Print & Ship Orders)
For occasional made-to-order printed items, the following standard rates apply:

Alaska & Hawaii
Digital downloads are delivered instantly everywhere at no cost. For any physical print-and-ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii, standard carrier rates apply and the free shipping threshold does not apply to AK/HI orders; delivery may take 7–14 business days.
Order Tracking
Digital orders can be tracked any time on our Track Order page using your email and order code. Physical orders include a tracking number by email once they ship.
