License Terms

This page summarizes the license terms that apply to every digital design purchased from ttpecom. It is a plain-language guide only — the complete, legally controlling license terms are set out in our Terms of Service, and this page does not replace or override them.

Purchasing a digital product never transfers ownership, copyright, authorship, or trademark rights in the design. Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license under one of the three tiers below, and that license applies only to the purchaser or purchasing business named on the order — it cannot be shared with or used by anyone else.

Personal License

For personal, non-commercial use only — gifts, personal projects, and home use. Finished items may not be sold, and the design may not be used for any business purpose.

Commercial License

Permits you to create and sell finished physical products you make yourself using the design — for example shirts, mugs, or stickers. Unless a product page states a different limit, this license is capped at 500 finished physical products per design. The digital file itself may never be sold, shared, or distributed.

POD (Print-on-Demand) License

Permits you to upload the design to a print-on-demand provider such as Printify or Printful to manufacture and sell finished physical products through your own store or sales account. This license does not permit selling the SVG/PNG source file itself, offering it as a downloadable product, or letting a POD provider use it for anyone else’s account.

Prohibited Under Every License

Regardless of which license tier you purchase, you may not:

• Resell, share, gift, upload, sublicense, or redistribute the original digital file.
• Change colors, add text, convert formats, or otherwise modify the design and resell it as a digital file.
• Include the file in a bundle, Canva template, membership, subscription, or course resource.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original artwork.
• Register the design, or a substantially similar design, as your own copyright or trademark.
• Use the design as an exclusive logo or exclusive brand identity.
• Let another person or business use your license — each license applies only to the purchaser named on the order.
